Training Audits
Training audits are very similar to a base skills audit. We measure the collective skill and knowledge held by the organisation. Ambridge Group has developed an extremely powerful suite of tools, to assist in the automation of skills audits, called SkillSniffer.

the process
We consider the detail needed to implement the audit. This will include:
- Defining job categories
- Defining skills groups
- Defining individual skills
- Grading individual skills
- Building job roles based on skills
- Implementing security model - who has access to data and reports
- Training users in the system
- Employees completing self assessment
- Defining Reports
- Report generation
Once the skills have been defined and logged into the templates, employees can complete their own self assessment online and in their own time. At any stage, as they learn new skills or complete training they can upgrade their skills. This means that at any stage the business has a live and accurate picture and can instantly track progress.
the outcome
Any number of reports can be generated to give an overview of skills, skills deficiences, gap analysis, career development plans and so on.
